Highly unprofessional staff, they are just busy in their own chit chat and engaging customer's in different non issues. Their Each employee is very lazy and slow and doesn't have helping attitude towards the customer. They should be on Last in list of banks keeping in view the customer satisfaction. Not recommend its only a hype that they are best bank.
Unprofessional amd Rude behavior of staff. Pathetic customer services. Never Accept a Cheque always gives a invalid Reason. While My Second Bank HBL never says anything and Accept the cheque everytime. Would never recommend anyone to go there. Worst Bank and Worst Staff Ever.
